1) Download and install USB drivers from Garmin. Go here and select the unit you have. 2) Download SendMap here. 3) Unzip and run Sendmap.
4) Click on the "Add maps" button seen above.
5) Find the map files you downloaded and select the one(s) you want to upload.
6) Your maps should now show up in the "Maps to upload" window like above. 7) Connect and turn on your GPSr. 8) Click "Connect" (Arrow A above) 9) Click "Upload maps to GPS" (Arrow B above) 10) The maps will now be uploaded to your GPSr. Please note that this will remove any maps that were previously loaded on it. 11) Once the transfer is complete, you can turn off and disconnect your GPSr. |
